Venue is a complete Joke
"I will never attend an event at Toyota Arena in Ontario CA again. The venue and getting in was a complete joke. 1st) We were told as we were driving in that we needed proof of vaccine. (Fine Ill show it, but it was NEVER made clear it was a requirement) 2nd When we got to the entrance, I was told that if kids who can't be vaccinated yet needed a proof of negative test within the last 3 days or I had to pay $45 per test to even get them into the event I already paid hundreds of dollars for. Never received any notification that this was needed. 3rd After coming back to the entrance after tests, I was then told my wife's small purse was too big to bring in. I had to run it back to the car before I could get in. Once inside the event, all food and drink stations took at least 45 minutes to an hour. The Alan Cumming event itself was great but they really need to get things together at this venue. Will never attend again."
